What we have here is a classic Dick & Fart Joke. No, we're not above those.

It seems we're going to be seeing quite a lot of Star Wars news for the next, oh, I don't know... eternity? Seems we can't go a day without a rumor about the next step in Disney's evolution of the franchise. Today's news? Two solo series starring Boba Fett and Han Solo.

How do I feel about this? As far as the Boba Fett movie is concerned, well if it was good enough for everyone's cult favorite Wolverine, I guess its good enough for Boba Fett. But I worry that too much Boba Fett will dilute his "brand." The reason he's popular is because we never see him. Can he carry an entire movie? And if he does, the studio won't want whoever lands the role to wear the trademarked popular helmet the entire time will they? I vote no.

As for Han Solo, well, Soss and I have been throwing around ideas about the Han Solo solo movie we'd like to see. We've been through our pitch with quite a bit of detail. So much so that a Han Solo movie already has a high bar set for it in our regard. The Prequels didn't feature Han Solo in any capacity, so Han Solo is still as awesome as ever. My cheif fear is they'd take away from the beloved character Harrison Ford created by giving us more Solo than we really need.

I guess its a good thing we're not in charge of the Star Wars franchise because we'd just let it fade into mythic greatness.
