This Friday the first movie in The Hobbit Trilogy hits theaters. If I'm going to be honest, I haven't been all that excited about these movies. I ate up every little piece of information I could leading up to The Fellowship of the Ring way back in 2001. Maybe The Hobbit as a book didn't thrill me as much. It certainly wasn't as good as The Lord of the Rings. It always felt more childish, than the epic adventure Peter Jackson and Co. are capable of bringing to the big screen. My sole excitement (beside my mild interest for the Hobbit) rested in the Man of Steel trailer announced before it.
However, after watching this trailer on YouTube, I can now say I'm excited. Its seven minutes long, and probably shows a little too much, but for some reason this pieced together trailer of all the other Hobbit trailers is what got it done for me.
I may not me marching out to the midnight show, I'm pretty excited to see it.
