Day Men #1
While this book features vampires and their familiars, it's really more of a organized crime book. In this introductory issue we follow David around as he performs chores for his vampire master.
While this book is filled with hand-to-hand combat and undead nightstalkers, it was pretty dull. I don't know if David is supposed to be boring on purpose but I honestly didn't care one way or another for him.
Brian Stelfreeze does a decent job with the interiors but there really wasn't anything that jumped out and grabbed me. And for a first issue that spells doom.
I don't plan on rejoining this snoozefest anytime soon. - Soss
Panel of the Week: This was as interesting as it got: a floating head in a bathtub.
