Thor: God of Thunder #14
Jason Aaron's second arc is clearly setting up the exploration of every corner of the World Tree. In this issue he assembles the League of Realms, a band of basic questing archetypes who will aid Thor in his hunt for the dark elf Malekith. Adding these new warriors to the story might help add some humor to this book that is extremely serious.
Ron Garney is the artist on this run and while he is no Esad Ribic his work still is an excellent fit for this story. My lone complaint is that paired with colorist Scorcina his pencils tend to lose some sharpness. -Soss
