I’m not suggesting that Marvel Studios take the Civil War title literally. We did get some amputations in Age of Ultron but somehow I doubt this is a path Disney wants to go down. I have to say that the idea of T’Challa helping Harriet Tubman on the Underground Railroad is pretty sweet.
What I do hope to see in the next big Marvel epic is a more toned down flick. I’m not saying take all the jokes out but could we go just five minutes without going for a laugh? Captain America: The Winter Solider had a nice balance so hopeful with the Russo brothers steering this ship we will get a more subdued, nuanced take on the MCU. -Soss
