Bendis ends this first arc with a bang. His talent for juggling the various characters in a team book is very clear here. While the majority of the book is a fight scene you still have enough quality dialogue to move the story along.
Stuart Immonen really understands the importance of youth for the younger X-Men. Another artist might have just put these characters in their old uniforms and called it a day. Immonen brings youthful energy to the physique's as well as the expressions on their faces. Especially Iceman.-Soss
