Tori Amos was a huge part of my teenage music listening days. There wasn’t a day in the late 1990’s that my high school girlfriend and myself were not listening to one of her albums. Her tunes are quirky, strange and far from mainstream by they always resonated with me.
I still get strange looks when I bring up the fact that I’m a fan. It brings a smile to my face to see people's reactions as they realize I'm well versed in From The Choirgirl Hotel and Boys for Pele. -Soss
