Over the past few years I’ve learned to diversify my
interests. There was a time in the recent past when any talk of politics or
current events would have caused my brain to instantly shut down. I don’t know what clicked but I’m now capable
of holding a conversation that does not involve web-shooters or light sabers.
While I can’t say I’m as well versed in international
affairs as I am with the occupants of the Jean Grey School For Gifted Youngsters
I’m pleased with the baby steps I’m taking toward becoming an actual adult. -Soss
