Hey girl hey!! Girls night out! Emma and Kitty take the students on a shopping trip to London. Normally I'd be annoyed by an entire issue devoted to girls going to the mall but Bendis is able to work some character development between the Stepford Cuckoos and Jean Grey that sheds new light on their relationship.
Kristafer Anka's pencils fit nicely with this teenage girl-centric issue. This issue feels like an Image coming-of-age piece right up until the Inhumanity tie-in where dudes start popping out of cocoons. Overall, a welcome change of pace to a book that has been dragged down by it's dark tone for months.-Soss
