Sorry folks but I only had one book to review this week.
Batman #9
The Night of the Owls is here. This mini event feels like a natural progression of the storytelling rather then an idea one of the editors came up with to make some extra loot. The Owls have set their sights not only in the Bat family but also members of the political infrastructure of Gotham. Trapped in the depths of the Batcave Bruce Wayne straps on a Iron Man-esque suit of armor and smashes his way to freedom. The suit reminded me of the Azrael Batman uniform of the 90's. Pretty handy that he had that laying around. We also learn that the Tyrannosaurus Rex that hangs out in the Batcave doubles as a security guard.
I'm looking forward to reading more of this crossover as it unfolds throughout the coming month.-$
