When I saw the first promo images of the new ThunderCats cartoon my honest reaction was "why would they mess with such a good original design?" Then I Googled the old cartoon images and was shocked at how… erotic the 1980's design actually was. Tight swim trunks, and tank top with a window cut out for the abs? Is that any way for the last son of Thundara to dress?
