A handful of movies have been made in Pittsburgh. Some actually did pretty well at the box office. But if you take a poll around the city you'll find the movie that gets the most mention is Jean Claude Van Damme's Sudden Death. Maybe its just the movie's connection to the city's hockey team that endears it to Pittsburghers, but regardless, The Dark Knight Rises has some serious shoes to fill if they're filming in the Steel City.
