One month into a brand new universe may be too early to start planning comebacks and surprise entrances from some old favorites like Wally West. When DC rebooted their entire line of books, Wally West was kicked out of the Flash uniform for cagey veteran Barry Allen.
When Kyle Rayner was replaced by old school Lantern Hal Jordan, that was okay in my book because Kyle never felt like MY Green Lantern. Wally West however, WAS my Flash. From the Justice League cartoon and the years of roughly 2001 to 2010 in the comics, Wally became my Flash. Kyle Rayner was given a corner of the DCnU all to himself. He even essentially has his own book. But no Wally.
So here's to all my fellow Wally West fans out there hoping Didio and Co. have something up their sleeves for the character many fans believe is THE Flash.
