Not all firings in the comic world have happy endings like Bucky Barnes or Hal Jordan. Some characters get brought back in a Special Guest Star-capacity like Gwen Stacy in JMS' Amazing Spider-Man. Uncle Ben however, has been pretty much consistently dead since the 60s. Sorry, old chum.
